Alexis Villas is located in Golden Beach of Thassos, one of the most cosmopolitan spots of the island. Golden Beach is named after the fine golden sand that runs the length of the beach, which, combined with the deep blue water and crystal clear sea, makes it one of the best and most famous resorts in the Aegean.

At the edge of the beach the water is shallow for several meters and so it is perfectly safe and very pleasant for children to play. The beach, which stretches for several kilometers, is so famous that it was voted by readers of the German magazine, Price and Rise, as the second best beach in all of Greece.

For those who love hiking and climbing, the magnificent natural scenery will compensate them. Routes for beginners and for the more demanding, on paths along the coast and at the foot of Mount Ypsario, up to its summit. From many points of the island you will have a panoramic view of Samothrace, Mount Athos and Halkidiki.

Also, as the road axis of Thassos is in very good condition, you can drive around the island and enjoy all the picturesque coastal villages and sandy beaches that are just 100 km away.

In Thassos the archaeological interest is great. Apart from the archaeological museum located in Limenas, archaeological finds from prehistoric times to the Byzantine period are preserved all over the island.
