Before you send us your reservation request (message/mail) , be sure that you already have included in your message, your reservation dates and the number of people who are going to come to our villas. In a few minutes we are going to answer you back in order to confirm your reservation!

We inform you in order to confirm your reservation, a prepayment equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay is required. Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before the scheduled arrival date. In case of cancellation within less than 14 days before arrival, the prepayment (30% of the total amount of the stay) is non-refundable. In case of a no-show or early departure, the total amount of the reservation may be charged. For any change or cancellation of your reservation, please contact us as soon as possible.
