We inform you that for direct reservations you make at the properties Alexis Villas & Alexis New Villas as well as for reservation requests with payment of reservation at the accommodation at check-in, there is a deposit charge of the reservation amount which even in case of cancellation of the reservation at any time after the reservation is made, the specific amount of money (prepayment deposit) which has already been sent to us via bank transfer is withheld.
